Stephanie is the Head of Global Policy and Advocacy at Women for Women International. She has vast experience in humanitarian, development and peacebuilding policy, advocacy and programming; a deep understanding of the women, peace and security agenda; field experience in fragile and conflict-affected states; and a track record of working with (I)NGOs, women’s rights organisations, academics, multilaterals and governments. Stephanie brings strategic, financial, and operational leadership and guidance to the GAPS Management Board and members on decisions and actions to be taken, as well as inputting into policy positions. Stephanie has worked closely with GAPS over the past three years, including as Co-Chair of the GAPS Policy Working Group, and is committed to the GAPS principles of feminism, equality, anti-racism and intersectionality.
