Sangeetha Navaratnam-Blair joined GAPS in April 2021 as the Policy Advocacy and Communications Manager. She has worked in the international development sector for many years, most recently at ActionAid UK where she led their women’s rights advocacy work and managed a multicountry CSSF-funded project on ending gender-based violence (GBV) and ratifying the ILO Convention 190. She also works in the domestic GBV sector and has multiple voluntary positions all centred on women’s rights and participation. She has a Master’s in Global Health with a focus on women’s access to health information.
